Hole in neoprenes

Checking my gear after my last trip out I discovered a wee hole in the seat of my neoprene chest waders.  Nae wonder I've had a damp bum the last couple of times float tubing :oops:  :oops:

Any suggestions on how to repair the hole??  Preferably using some material that won't rot the neoprene!

Steve - that was my first thought but I have found the hole now!
