This is really a variant tied with marabou instead of feather fibre for the beard and tail.  I was advised to tie it with the wing feathers angled outward apparently because they "flickered" better in the water.

Like all streamers if it works you can have a sensational day.  I had one day on the Tay at Balnaguard using it - a dozen big broons to 4lb and three bonus seatroot.

If it doesn't work.....  Use something else.
